The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilston BWI in Baltimore, MD to recommend recreational management measures for the summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass fisheries for the 2014 fishing year. Multi-year recreational measures may be considered for all three species into 2015.
