Mackerel, Squid, Butterfish Monitoring Committee Meeting

The Council’s Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish (MSB) Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to review recent fishery performance and the Scientific and Statistical Committee’s (SSC) catch recommendations regarding Illex squid. Based on the SSC’s recommendations, the Monitoring Committee will develop recommendations about annual specifications and/or associated management measures.
