The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet on January 26, 2017, to develop recommendations for commercial and recreational Annual Catch Limits (ACLs) and Annual Catch Targets (ACTs) for black sea bass for 2017-2019. The Monitoring Committee will also develop recommendations for recreational management measures for black sea bass in 2017.
