The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (MAFMC’s) Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 p.m. and on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to develop recommendations for recreational management measures for the summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass fisheries for the 2017 fishing year. The Committee will also discuss initial analyses related to a possible scup commercial seasons framework action.
