NOAA Fisheries Announces Proposed Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Quotas for 2014-2015

NOAA Fisheries has announced proposed modifications to 2014 summer flounder quotas and proposed quotas for summer flounder, scup and black sea bass for the fishing year 2015, as recommended by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council.
