Managing Our Nation’s Fisheries 3—co-sponsored by the eight Regional Fishery Management Councils and NOAA Fisheries—will bring together a broad spectrum of partners and interests to discuss current and developing concepts on the sustainability of U.S. marine fisheries and their management. Ideas that emerge from this event will inform possible changes to current policy or regulatory approaches, as well as legislative changes via reauthorization of the MagnusonStevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, as appropriate.
