The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (Council's) Ecosystem and Ocean Planning Committee will meet on Thursday and Friday, July 21-22, 2016, beginning at 1:30 p.m. on July 21 and concluding by 2:00 p.m. on July 22.
