New Jersey – Appointed Obligatory Member (3rd term, Exp. 2024)
Captain Adam Nowalsky is a licensed charter fishing captain with over 20 years of saltwater fishing experience. He is the captain of the Karen Ann II, a 35-foot charter fishing vessel based in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Captain Nowalsky has been involved in fisheries management for several years by serving on citizen advisory committees of the New Jersey Marine Fisheries Council, chairman of the New Jersey Chapter of the Recreational Fishing Alliance and serves as a legislative proxy for New Jersey to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
